What is a good weight for someone with my goals to hit before cutting to obtain 200lbs 9%? How much more weight would I have to put on considering I stay around my current bodyfat?
I'm aiming for something like this, even though i'm pretty sure my chest is genetically unable to obtain that shape.
How far am I from being able to get that?
