oral winstrol has a half-life of 8-9 hours so you need to take multiple small doses throughout the day to keep stable blood levels. If 50mg total is your ideal dose then I would take 20mg in the morn another 20mg 4-6 hours later and then 10mg 4-6 hours later.

I have 50 mg pills. I cut em in 4 and take 1/4 every 4 hrs.
