bent over lateral raises, but you gotta feel it in the rear delt so squeeze tight when lifing up. peck deck is good too but i like freeweights. or ill superset t bar rows and bent over laterals.![]()
as above stated bent over dumbell lateral rows are very effective

am traings shoulders with traps and and tri's is that oki? or should a put traps in with back ?
if you hold for a 1 sec or even 2 seconds at the top with a tight squeeze you'll know if your hitting em or not![]()
how do ya feel about shoulders traps and tri's in one day?

Do your bent over laterals lying on a bench incline about 45 degrees. and like t-gunz said above squeeze at the top.

i liek to add rear delts in my delt routine because they are very hard to target
