The same page shows up saying I do not have enough privileges.
Perhaps, do I need more posts to do that?

im not certain how many posts you need to activate that specific feature but apperantly you dont have enough yet. if you go to tha main page and just scroll down there will be a list of everyone who is online
source checks- 200 posts and 6 month membership min. entirely within my discretionPT is a fictional character and all posts are for entertainment purposes only.
