I posted this in the diet forum but since a lot of people never make it over there I figured I would also share it here where it will get some more exposure. I like this spreadsheet a lot better than FitDay, and it's pretty comprehensive, and best of all its made specifically for bodybuilding. Will save a ton of time looking up the macros for foods when making your diet. I think that's what keeps most people from even creating a set diet.
