Your arms look good. Dads lookin jacked aswell
like father like son!! hahaha cute!! lookin good bros!
I challenge your father to a duel.
I see he passed some good genetics down to you. Both looking really good. Must be great to spend father/son time in the gym. I am envious!
Thanks man. Yeah it is nice..... we keep eachother motivated and we're closer now than ever.
Some info on him..... He's had 3 stomach surgerie's (cut wide open) - rotator cuff repair, has a titanium cap on the same shoulder (left) and has had surgery on his lower back for a herniated disc. THE SICK BASTARD STILL WANTS TO COMPETE! He's trying to diet down right now..... drop some fat. He's upped his cardio so we'll see how it goes..... unfortunately he's got a huge scar down the center of his stomach, 1 on rear delt, one on front delt..... but he just wants to step on stage anyways to accomplish a dream of his.....

LOL, the old fella sounds very determined and strong willed im sure he will meet his goals and dreams, very cool that the 2 of you can do this together.
Both you guys look good !
So who pushes who the most ?
Thats awesome that you guys are able to lift together. you guys look good. what were your cycles like?

hey Haz..how old is ur dad...cool as hell working out with ur dad and juicing ...can't imagine doing that with my dad
You and your old man are both looking good Haz.
you both look great..great work
I think it's awesome that you have something to bond with your father over.
Haz! Get you dad over on the 40 forum......... we could use him!
How did he handle the TrenA?
i cant wait till i have a son that i can teach to juice
lol
awesome haz. lookin solid. the both of ya
I think it's great seeing both of you doing this together. You both look great and keep up the great work!
hey man....both looking excellent........its great that you can both have something in common and what better than bodybuilding...
the old man will be 48 in November......
Now and then I pop on over to the over 40 forum..... he's not super computer inclined so i pop in there and read him stuff haha. He loves tren..... runs it like it's going out of style LMAO. Handles it really well..... the usual sweating and what not..... he doesn't go crazy on the dosage tho. He actually wants to try 500mg's tren e next go around..... we'll see.....

Get some more pics up.. let's see what the legs / body actually looks like!
Biceps look very defined, and cut btw. great work.
I have some other pics up on here somewhere..... Legs are ok but honestly not huge. I can only go so heavy due to 2 knee surgeries. Having monstrous legs aren't worth a total knee replacement at 40 haha. All 3 heads show tho and i've got the stretchmarks to prove they were bigger once before
~Haz~
cant believe thats ur dad..thats so cool.. both of yall look amazing..
Nice Haz... Tell ur old man we say congrats.... U are lucky to have a relationship like u have....
LMAO don't get me wrong..... i love doing legs. I can only go so heavy tho.... 600lbs or so on leg press..... and I do hacksquats on a machine instead of barbell squats.
Doc told me to stop going heavy..... i didn't..... screwd it up. Tore my meniscus a 2nd time in jiu-jitsu - didn't really know what happened..... still lifted heavy..... screwd it up LOL. His last words were as follows:
" I told you to stop lifting heavy. If you want a total knee replacement before the age of 40 - don't listen to me. Just remember..... once you have a total knee replacement - you need surgery every 10 years to swap stuff out..... and your lifting days are over as far as legs go."
I've come to terms with the fact that I may not be able to be competative in bodybuilding..... but as long as I'm working them out and get the heads to pop out...... I'm happy. When my legs days are finished..... it's hard to walk up the stairs LOL..... SO I'M NOT BEING A SISSY MARY!
~Haz~
The Doc is right but you can't stop doing legs... Just go lighter...
Id love to train with my son. It must be cool challenging with your dad .I hope you two will be healthy forever
