Let me start with I've never done a cycle before, and I'm not ready to just "jump" into it by any means. My delima is that from an early age I've lifted and put on some mass in my upper body, but not thinking at that time I NEVER trained my legs as I hate training them. So needless to say I have a disproportionate body so to speak. I have been training my legs like a mad person lately but I just can't seem to put the mass on them like I could when I was younger.
I've tried supplements and upping my caloric intake. I constantly eat clean, but when i take in more, it seems I just have to run to the bathroom more.
My question is w/working 50+ hours a week of a required physical job, would you suggest using a cycle of some sort? Injury of any type is not an option if that makes sense. Or just continue to try and go at it from more of a calorie bulk method? I'm not looking to be anything amazing, but just get rid of the chicken leg issue and match my upper body.
Thanks guys
Joseph
