Hey guys and gals! Im all the way from jozi south africa. I started gymming about a year back again. Im 23 and weigh 82kg not sure how many pounds that is. I've done alot of research and decided to start a var cycle of 8 weeks on my cutting diet. Pick up alot of mass and fat. I started at 61kg and work myself up to 82kg but some of that fat obviously. My target is 95kg. But who knows how i will feel by then. Anycase thats me. Looks like im gonna enjoy my stay here!
