    Best time to take Creatine?

    I just got some CEE creatine pills and I'm wondering when the best time to take them is? I have taken creatine before but it has been a long time. I was thinking about taking them an hour before my workout with my pre-workout meal and w/ my caffeine (400mg) and NO2 (AAKG 1500mg) pills...would this be the best time or should I wait until after my workout? The bottle gives no directions on when to take this product, all it says is the serving size is 2 pills which equals 1500mg CEE. Is 1500mg a reasonable dose?

    CEE just simply isn't as good as CM. But the standard dosage ranges from 3-5 grams, 1.5g is on the low side.

    the usual dosage for creatine saturation of muscle cells is 5 grams per day, thats after all the bulls*** loading phases. Best time to take it would be after you w/o. Insulin spike with ur carbs will drive it straight in ur body. Only time i wuld take creatine before i workout if it was a CEE and NO combined drink.
