I just got some CEE creatine pills and I'm wondering when the best time to take them is? I have taken creatine before but it has been a long time. I was thinking about taking them an hour before my workout with my pre-workout meal and w/ my caffeine (400mg) and NO2 (AAKG 1500mg) pills...would this be the best time or should I wait until after my workout? The bottle gives no directions on when to take this product, all it says is the serving size is 2 pills which equals 1500mg CEE. Is 1500mg a reasonable dose?
