Meal 1:
8 whole eggs
Meal 2:
Two scoops of Extreme Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter with water.
Meal 3:
8 oz. of lean meat with large bowl of green salad with 1 Tbsp flax/Olive oil and vinegar
Meal 4:
Two scoops of Extreme Protein with 1 serving of natural peanut butter with water.
Meal 5:
8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts
Meal 6:
8 oz. lean meat with 1 serving of cashews/peanuts.
What yous guy's think of this diet will be training hard 5 days a week mayb somtimes a sunday aswel i will try and fit 2 and half hours cardio in it will be mosty circut training will this be good for cutting up. Im about 5/11 and weigh about 14stone.
Help would be good i was want to do it good as poss, i can also get clen/t3s.
