just working out before to stay fit for about 2 years been on a strict plan for about 6-8 months now...especially with my first cycle.

Knowledge is getting more by the day but still beginner
So two years ago i when i first started working out i was about 190 maybe maxing bench was 150-160. So didnt really have anything. No pics from then just never thought about it.....heres me now and was wondering if anyone can help with focus points i need to hit. Thanks for any help
