a little tip... dilute your piss. Drink a shitload of water. Any illegal metabolites will be knocked down to very small amounts by diluting. Then take caffiene pills, as a diuretic, just to dilute it that much more. Oh, but what about the test the specific gravity to measure dilution, you ask? Well a lot of tests measure this by creatinine content. Creatinine is a by product of creatine. So load up.

I did this once a few years back. Drank a whole gallon 2 hours before and a few caffeine pills. Got to the hospital, pissed 3 times before i was even up, it was bad. When it was my turn, i did the deed. My piss was completely clear, and the lady just gave me a nasty look and said something about me failing. I passed. I had been taking creatine all along anyway, but the few days before, i loaded like 20 g ED.

If they dont test for creatinine, this wont work.

Hey thanks for sharing this info and experience, it's really interesting.

I used this cleanser that works for about 5 hours once when I was tested. It's ingredients were basically creatine and some other herbal blended shit. It worked! However, I tried a different cleanser another time, and failed miserably.

However, now they know I took a cleanser (when I failed I admitted to using one) and who the heck knows what type of testing they will do from now on.

I have been drinking tons of water and fasting a bit. The caffeine as a diuretic is good advice, I didn't think of that.

Will be getting tested next week again, until then... basically eating minimal amounts of food, lots of raw veggies and water. Once again, thanks for your help.

dont waste your money on the cleanser shit. I would bet money that the method i outlined is the best bet. However, if i was facing jail time, i wouldnt even gamble, i would just quit puffin. Same goes for a good job.
