Does this ever happen to you during bicept curls?

This happens to me all the time, I'll be doing bicept curls and my back will begin to get sore/tired. I like to use strict form which means I make sure to keep my back straight, but even the times when I let my back relax, it still gets tired during bicept curls; as if I was working out my back. Any advice? Thanks guys

    its spelt bicep not bicept
are u talking about your lower back when doing barbell curls?
i remember when i started out again it would get sore but i got used to it.
could also get sore if your using heavy weight and u have a weak back because u dont do any lower back excercises?

your stabilizer muscles are getting fatigued from the bicep curls. This will go away with time.

You could also try bending your knees slightly and leaning forward just a bit, this also helps prevent too much body english.....
