Quick pct question

Im on 100 mgs clomid and 40 mgs nolva as pct... I have been splitting the dose every 12 hours.. Should i continue to do this or take the whole dose together??

I'd suggest to take it all before bed. Where are you in PCT?

50mgs of clomid and 20mgs of nolva will work just fine IMHO.

I do mine right before bed as red stated. I personally start at a higher dose for the first week then drop it.

i agree(assuming he wasn't running an extremely suppressive cycle, though i don't think he was from what i remember)

i ran test e for 8 weeks and sust for another 6 (14 weeks total test @ 500 mgs a week)
deca 1-10 at 300 mgs
winny week 10-14 @ 50 mgs every other day

pct

clomid 100/100/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20
