Next time go to the gym when you feel like crap and put on 10 rounders on each side of the barbells than imagine those are 45's and you will feel like the man even though everyone will be staring and you are lifting little weight. Just a thought.
Squat....u need a spot
squats are hit or miss for me. If i feel like im guna squat bad, i just do lunges or maybe some sprints
i ALWAYS feel guilty missing legs day, because honestly most of the guys in my gym DONT do legs..and this is powerhouse gym we're talking about lol..but yeah leg day is a pain & I for once feel your pain DSM
never miss a legs day !! I d give up on my arms day but never legs or shoulders!! just like this week , its supposed to be my delts day but im sick so i take a day off and if i recover tomorrow i will go hit shoulders on legs day ( sunday ) and legs on arms day (monday)
I always get home from work feeling like I just want to take a shower and sit on the couch instead of workout. I'm running around and lugging pipe around all day.
I'll tell ya, without my pre-workout energy/NO drink, I don't know what I'd do.
It REALLY does help me.
