PCT question

hey guys,

i am coming to the end of my cycle which has consisted of test enth and sust, and as much as a read about pct i still cant understand it, its just one of those things i cant grasp. i know its very important but i am struggling to understand which to take. i have been told to take clomid, proviron and hcg to cover all angles, but is all 3 really necessary. can someone just point me into the correct direction on which to take, and if all 3 is necessary then thats fine.

weeks 1 - 4 test prop 1 mil on mon, tues, weds
weeks 4 - 12 testoviron 2mil mon, 2mil thurs
weeks 12-16 dianabol 25mg per day and 1mil sustanon on mon and thurs

I dont need to be told that the cycle is messed up, this was trial and error i just want to know what pct sups i should take and when, so i dont loose any of the gains i have made.

That cycle was messed up, you shot prop Mon,Tues, weds? what about the rest of the week? How strong was the testoviron? you should have started that the same time as teh prop. Sustanon needs to be shot more than twice per week to take advantage of the prop in it but you dont seem to know anything about injection schedules so I`m not suprised.

Don`t take proviron during pct there have been many people having problems staying shut down when they put that into their pct. You should have already taken HCg if you were going to use it so thats out. Clomid/Nolva/Aromasin would be good to run for 4 weeks. You really should have had this stuff on hand before cycling.

my wrong, test prop was shot mon weds fri.
the cycle was messed up i know, i have learnt alot belive me. i'm the first to admit i should of studied more, but that is what i am doing now for hopefully a more succesful next cycle.

clomid when how much and how often from last injection do i take.

Clomid alone would be pretty weak at the very minimum take clomid and nolva.

can u recommend me a good cycle for the clomid and nolva, how often, when etc.

does this like a good enough cycle for pct

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

PCT should be atleast 4 weeks but you have the right idea there.
