I keep getting sick and cant retain any liquids thus becoming beyond dehydrated so I began looking into IV therapy

Sorry to state the obvious here..... but have you seen a doc? Hospitalization may be necessary.....

If you go the IV route..... you're going to have to find a sterile sodium chloride IV bag too..... or lactated ringers......

i have seen a doctor and i receive an IV there but 2 days later its back to the same thing

Self medication for something like this is not the way to do it. Obviously there is something wrong and the dehydration is only a symptom so hydrating yourself is not the cure.
