I'm a new guy just starting to diet and lifting weights. I'm 5'9 and bout 244lbs not sure what my bf% is but im pretty sure it's outrageous. I'm naturally a big guy. My cousin csavage0 is my main person to go to for anything nutrition or dealing with weight gain/lose. He has informed me I am a endo/mesomorph. I have done hard labor all my life. I have just recently started lifting a few weeks ago and i can now bench 295lb 5 times. Im not sure how good that is but i think it is a good place to begin. Well im just here to get some feedback and whatever info anyone can give me in order to reach my goals, any info will be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone. Also I will be posting my meals and workouts i do each day to track progress and so i can have you all critique everything and give me feedback on whats good or what i need to change.
