So this past week, i dont know why but, iv been nauseated, and also not hungry, as well as fatigued. So the majority of my meals has been in the form of protein powder for my main protein source... Now i know its better to get whole foods. But will the protein powder suffice as a majority primary souce for the time being... BTW... if things arnt better by the end of the weekend im going into the doctor monday...
Also iv been eating kinda dirty too, to make up for the calories that i havnt been able to get in...
I also just started a cycle of test e/deca last friday i have stopped injections until i can get things back to normal... Also if anyone has had a similar problem please let me know
