How about whole-grain low-fat cottage cheese sandwich(es) with EVOO (on the cheese)? tastes really good...better with your coffee if you can't do without it.
A nice alternative to my regular black coffee is a whey+coffee shake. I throw in chocolate flavored ON whey, coffee, some vanilla, a tiny bit of artificial sweetener (the whey already has some splenda in it)...tastes really good and creamy.
Dead serious, take about 5-6 egg whites and 1 yoke, when they are about halfway cooked I add in some precooked chicken breast. Maybe enough to add another 10-15 grams of protein and just shred it up in my hands and sprinkle it in. I am telling you it taste delicious.
Have you thought about breakfast burritos? You can make them as clean or dirty as you want and they reheat pretty well. Make about 6 at a time and depending on what you put in them, you've got a couple days worth of breakfasts.
Oats and 7-8 eggs mixed in with some sweet flavouring (Nutella for those in the UK), flavoured whey or BCAA's.
My breakfast every morning with a shake. Takes 3-4 mins to prepare.
