hello everyone i am an in expat in osaka, japan. i have been weight lifting for 3 years now. i am 5' 11" 176lbs. Started out at 137lbs. 3 years ago (extreme ectomorph). over that time i have done 3 bulking cycles and am now on my 3rd cutting cycle. I am learning more and more about my body each time. As well as perfecting both my bulking and cutting diets. I hope to end this cut at 3% BF with minimal muscle loss.
