Prohormone Gyno

Hey guys. I really appreciate any help. I am very gyno prone, so I tried to take precautions this time. I ran a 7 week cycle of SUS 500 (amazing stuff) and Trenadrol (terrible). The SUS was for the whole 7 weeks and the Trenadrol was only for the last 4. I took nolva throughout, but after starting to take the Trenadrol I had painful, hard bumps under both nipples. I just started PCT with clomid and nolva but am nervous that the gyno will not go away. What the HELL do I do?
