ancillaries?!?

Whats up bros...
All the advice to my earlier posts has been fantastic...a big thanks! I have a question, though. In regard to stack questions for a first time user, I've had a few people tell me to make sure I use ancillaries. Not to ask a stupid question, but, what are ancillaries? Also, as a first timer, is it necessary to use an anti-E? Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated!

Ancillaries are anti-e s and post cycles therapy drugs, bro(i.e. nolvadex, armidex, proviron, clomid, HCG, letrozole, etc). They are used to counteract many estrogenic effects during cycling and they also normalize testosterone levels when steriods are discontinued. Most cycles require anti-e supplementation especially if testosterone is used, even for first timers. Make sure you have all your anti-e s BEFORE starting any cycle.

Yep, and make sure you have em, before you start any cycle... period!

Wouldn't milk thirstle, cranberry extract, tylers liver detox, liv 52 and such be included in the ancilliary category as well
