On cycle i'll be around 4,500
Never more than 5kcal when bulking. Never less than 2500 when cutting.

no idea on the calories but i try to eat 5 times a day but i only manage to get in 4 most of the time =\
8 meals, around 2900 kcals as of now
7-8 meals depending on if I get the chance through the day to split them how I like, havent been counting my exact cals lately somewhere around 3,500 cals.
I would like to be eating around 4200 a day with 7 meals but my budget is keeping me at around 3500 calories and only 4-5 meals a day
Sams Club, Costco, BJ's,....a weightlifters paradise. I could not eat the way I am without these wholesale clubs. Check 'em out if your on a budget.

I eat three primary meals a day. I snack 2-3 times a day when ever I can. I have lots of different appointments and stuff during the day so every day is different. I just bring a small cooler and grab things when I can. I have done this method for both bulking and cutting. Only thing that changes is the amount of Kcals in the three primary meals.
I'm always hungry, so I try to eat quality and always try to incorporate protein. Sometimes 7 meals sometimes 3.
if anyone eats less then 6 times in a day in here get your ass in the diet forum and get everything checked... it's hard to get to your tdee most the time with only 3-4 meals..
