You either are growing a 2nd gastrocnemius muscle or you have an odd shaped soleus. Either way I wouldnt complain, looks kinda cool.

^^^ i agree with fireguy, looks like you do a ton of standing raises and barely any seated, your gastracs are overtaking your soleous

My calf workouts are usually seated raises, standing calf raises and single leg calf raises w/dbs

3 sets of 25-20-15 on each, over the months it just developed this way.... You think I should stick to seated only for a little while or just keep doing it this way?

Hell if it looks cool, i'm cool with it I just don't want my shit looking underdevolped

I was doing seated calve raises today and looking closer at it, man it does look kinda crazy compared to my workout partners.. I wonder what the hell is going on in my calves?? It feels like 2 different muscles, like they don't feel conjoined.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just clean up all them wires on the floor and you should be fine.

Gym was empty today so I snapped a little shot of my arm pumped.... LOL this thing used to be a spaghetti noodle!!! Tris still need to come up more, hopefully that will come during my cycle. I don't feel so weird about my calf now, maybe it'll look cool once it gets brought up more.

To be completely honest all I did was drop my ego on squats, after I got up to repping 305 I realized "damn, I need to cut the weight in half and do REAL reps."

I'm only getting 275 for 8 reps on my last set right now, but i'm going all the way down, not locking out and fighting a inner demon to get it back up.. After doing that they started to actually grow.

I was bored the other day and took a video of me squatting just to get an outside view of my form. Back to teh drawing board

I mean they weren't horrible but i think as the load got heavier my depth started to slip. Went back on the weight and focused more on form. I been try Ripptoes form- Hip drive baby !
