    Personal/Hired Culinary Artist

Anyone afford one of these? Personal Chef type deals.

If so, it would save bunches of time... and WIFES GF's definitely don't count. They aren't professional and usually you have to clean up after them anyway.

I am talking like... paying a knowledgable cook a certian fee to come cook your meals for the week. Maybe only have them cook for 2-3 days of the week for you.

You could give them your diet and have them work the magic. I've been thinking about doing this, not because I am lazy but because it'd be such a nice break, and pretty fun too.

I was going to post this in the diet section... but I think it's more loungey.

I can't cook btw, well nothing incredibly tastey. I'd be interested in seeing if someone can make a boring BBer diet taste delectable.

If I had the money I would for sure hire a personal chef. Much of my diet breaking tendencies tends to because I dont have time or the will to cook.

I agree, time is the hardest thing to find. I bet Jay has like 3 personal chefs.

Get yourself a persian, turkish, or arab chick. A lot of them don't come with hijab and they know how to treat a man ....excellent cooks who clean up after themselves and love to do it.

I am going to place an add in the paper this week and see what kind of replies I get. If they bring their own truck with a generator and cook everything in my drive-way that'd be best I think. I don't mind them using my sweet kitchen, but... I'd much rather just have them do the cooking in their little portable chef-mobile.

Kind of like a catered event twice a week at my house... Maybe I can even hold a monthly BBQ and have him cater to my neighbors... then collect a fee from the neighborhood for the food they eats.
