What do judges look for?

Could someone post a link or just say what judges look for in a bodybuilding competetion? I hear some look at overall package, but define overall package...

and another thing, just wanted everyone to know, i refer to you guys as "friends" cause where i live theres no really big Bodybuilding scene. I can count bout 6 guys. and theyre all older and idk. its just tough finding people who share your ideals and what not...
