300 mgs a week doesn't seem like shit, but whom to tell you how your body will react. I don't know.
I think it's a great idea to add the (light) cardio in the morning before breakfast. Keep your diet clean.. i know this is easier said then done. But that too will help alot too.
i might also add a cycle of boldinone. My main concern is if i do cardio a couple times a week, will this prevent me from gaining the maximum muscle possible. I just want to avoid gaining as much fat as possible. Thanks for the replies though.
im not just doing 300 miligrams per week. I do a 7 week cycle of deca 300 from quality vet. 300mg/ml.
When you BULK u Bulk save the cardio for after the cycle. Eat clean and that will keep your BF down.Originally posted by pjacobi34
