Shit, Mine was up to almost 170/100 a while back! if it keeps acting up, get your doctor to prescribe, Bystolic.. I was on 3 othere heart meds b4 ystolic and none worked, now for the past 6 months my BP has not gone above 130/65
Yea but I don't know why I do though.. I'm not even on anything but I'm eating like an animal.
I'm going to the grocery store right now I'm going to check it again.
Yeah, I did gain almost 40lbs in 5 months :P
hmm my advice: stay away from dbol/anadrol in future cycles. 30mg dbol sent my systolic from 100 to 140...
Dbol gets my blood pressure going way too high.
are you checking it on the same time of the day? I had high bp and beat it!!! My doc said that I would have to be on meds for the rest of my life unless I change my diet and exersize more. Meds for life, FCK THAT!! I was a constant 145/80 on meds then I lost 20 lbs and trained my azz off and my bp went down to 130/65. Been this way for about 1 1/2 years now! Anyways, my doc told me to goto walgreens and get a home monitor and check it fiorst thing in the morning 2 or 3 times to check for accuracy. Try it like this in the am and see if theres a difference..
Just checked it again (keep in mind I just got done with a work out and post workout meal, not sure if that has an effect though).
I was 146/68
I'm going to try to eliminate the sodium, as I do not salt my foods now as it is. I think my body is trying to also deal with the new weight I've recently put on.
Also going to do more cardio and see if that helps.
