Well my problem is i am in school and don't have enough money to bulk up, but I am out of shape. And right now I just want to lean out, and add some definition to my body with out gaining to much weight. So I have a few questions regarding a diet for cardio and moderate weight training.
So here are my stats:

I just want to eat the same foods and not spend to much money on it as well.
Any I ideas? On a diet.. that is constructive to my goals. Thinking maby the main protien sources can be tuna and cottage cheese.
having a hard time laying stuff out HELLLPPP!!!
I will be lifting, and lifting heavy. But I will just be doing compound movements to aide in fat loss.
