    New program

I follow a program that I got great results from. It would change every three weeks so my body never hit a plateau. BUT, I am almost done.

I guess I can just throw together a new program on my own, IE. chest back one day....ect. But I was wondering if anyone knew any good books out there besides "The book of muscle" by Ian King, That I can get a new workout program from.

Is Arnies book something I should look into??

I am trying to build muscle mass, but lower body fat by doing H.I.I.T. cardio

    What do you guys think?

If your into HIT then I would suggest some of mike mentzer's books sometime they carry them at Barnes and Noble. Sometimes I feel like his routines are a little extreme but the books contain a lot of stuff that is at least worth reading and applying to your own training. Another good book that I would definitely recommend is Dorian Yates Blood and Guts, I grew up reading that book because he was the man to me and personally I relate to his adaptation of the mentzer principle better. I also bought a couple years ago the Ironman's Ultimate Bodybuilding encyclopedia which has routines from all different angles, and Robert Kennedy's Animal arms which is really good if your want some ideas for training arms. Dorian Yates also writes a column in muscular developement and Ironman is dedicated to High intensity routines more so than any other magazine. I've always just liked to read different routines and theories for ideas and motivation even if they are from someone who trains in a different style than me and putting my spin on it if i decide to try it in the gym. I've always been a student to the game and a fan even when i was too young to work out(I finally started at 12 and that's when the reading started) I'm not a hoarder but I never throw out a book or magazine cause you never know when you gan go back and look through it for new ideas.
