What's your water intake? Isn't it too low?

you shpoud be drinking at least a gallon of water/day. Also maybe throw in some taurine, this might help...of maybe stretch out a bit more..

I just had an issue with cramping too. I had slacked off my water consumption recently and started getting them; making sure I was drinking enough fixed the problem quickly. About a gallon a day is good for me.

banans pre workout, jamy? I thought is was ideal post workout. Or are we just talking if cramping is an issue here?

You can also pick up potassium in supplement form for next to nothing. I was going to try some but, like I said earlier, I got my water in check and have been fine.

jamyjamjr....why would you ask the OP if he was on a cycle for this issue??

Only asking because i am, and i dont get cramps at the gym...i get them post workout, like maybe 2-3 hours after. I drink about 1/2 gallon just at the gym alone. The cramps are only in the muscle group i worked that day at the gym.

I have gotten them before but happening more on the cycle then anything.

Sorry OP didnt mean to jump in on your post....just thought my question was along the same lines, so no need for a new thread. Hope that isnt wrong

alotta people who do test cycles tend to cramp much much easier.. your body is in overdrive and runs out of essentials a bit quicker then you usually would..

when im on cycle i cant stretch my back without taking the risk of cramping, but i love the feeling.. it's hard to explain.. lol
