Recent blood work and Test Pellets

Update on my blood work...

So basically here is my last few months history. On 03/04/09 my Total Test was 533 ref range 245-1836 NG/DL. Free Test was 14.3 ref rance 7.2-23.0 PG/ML.

On 05/11/09 Total Test was 553 ref range 225-972 NG/DL but Free Test was 54.3 ref range 12.0-25.0 PG/ML. 06/06/09 I had my last Test /Deca shot 300mg/100mg respectively.

On 07/20/09 my Total Test was 33.9 and Free Test 3.3

On 07/2409 I started HCG, 500 I/Us 2x a week for 4 weeks.

On 08/18/09 my Total Test was 76 and free Test was 1.5

A couple of Questions. Why the different Ref Ranges from different offices?

Is the HCG actually doing anything?

Has my Natural Test Production stopped completely now since being on HRT for 4 years receiving between 200-400mg Cyp weekly and 100-200 Deca weekley.

I have started my HRT back @ 300mg Cyp and 100 mg Deca as well as B12 weekly.

And now my Doc wants to implant 6-8 50-75mg Test Cyp pellets to get my Test back up a bit quicker. Any thoughts on the pellets?

Does not look like HCG has done much - btw most people who take it - run it twice a week while on trt. A two week run after you are off usually is at least 10,000i.u.'s during the two week period to get a jump start in natty production.

Different lab offices use the spread of the results obtained in that office if I remember right.

How did you feel while you were off? And if you felt like I did I hope it kicks in soon for you.

I think I am gonna run HCG while I am on HRT, not sure how much, there is that other thread on here regarding HCG durnig HRT. Maybe 500 IUs 1x weekly or 2x weekly or even 1000 IUs 1x weeky? I just got a new vial.

OMgosh..I have felt like absolute CHIT...NO sex drive, NO energy, NO appetite. Have not even wanted to work out. Just feeling like poo. And worse and worse as time went on. I actually feel ok this week since my second injection of HRT on Wed. Actually worked out today

Doc wants to implant the pellets and I am looking for insight on that as well.

You are not on HRT. You are on a low dose cycle. Your first goal should be to get yourself in high normal range on test and a little arimidex if needed.

Ok,...and how to get back to high normal? Up the weekly inj amount, pellets, keep it as is and let it takes its course?

In this case what would arimidex do for me and how much to use? I actually have some of that now.

I found some more info bout pellets..I'll pass, helps one's decision when insurance doesn't pay for it either.
