First cheat in over 2 years!!!!!

What up? Just had to hop on here and share. I am very disciplined with my diet and I get crazy about no cheating. I have read many studies about how cheat meals/days are actually a good thing when done in moderation, but I could never get myself to do it! I am 6'1" and 190 with about 11% BF right now. Been as low as 9%, but years ago I used to be 240+ at about 25% BF so I never wanted to let myself get there again! I choose to avoid cheat days so that I would not be tempted to do it all the time. Well... I am currently having my first cheat day and WOW do I feel AMAZING! Here is a list of what I have had so far:

    Breakfast:
    1 Cup Oatmeal
5 egg whites 1 whole egg

    Snack:
    4 Egg whites
    1 banana

    Snack:
    Apple

    Lunch:
8 short ribs with BBQ sauce
    2 chicken breasts
    1 salmon slab
    3 plates of couscous
1 salad with with nuts and dried fruit
    3 pieces chocate cake
    2 Choc Chip cookies

    more to come!

Wow this more than a cheat but i guess if you really havent for 2 years then its worth it. Careful though because i was watching a show the other day with a guest who lost hundreds of pounds and decided to have a hot dog as a reward, then decided a couple more wouldnt hurt and from then on he got bigger than ever. Just a horror story im not trying to scare you but that was a hell of a cheat day

No worries man! That will not happen to me! I did this today because I have my diet and training laid out, and printed in a binder (the way I always do it), for the next 12 weeks and it is designed to get me ripped! I am going to get back to 9% in 12 weeks. I know I will! 11%-9% in 12 weeks is reasonable and I will do it no problem.

Also, learned today that I am happy with my descision to do 0 cheat meals/days. I got a slight bit of pleasure for a few minutes and then it sucked, so screw it!

Haha. Knew this was coming! Wow do I feel TERRIBLE right now! I totally over did it and now I have had an upset stomach for the past few hours. On the other hand, no joke, I am looking pretty swole. I have a feeling tomorrow mornings workout is going to give me a nice pump! I'm done with this B.S. binge and now I am even more excited than ever to start my next 12 week program! Shredded here I come again!!!!

I know how you feel. Cheat meals make me feel terrible at first but the workout the next day is usually great.

2% in 12 weeks is definitely a reasonable goal imo. Good luck!
