Accutane during PCT?

my derm prescribed accutane for some annoying acne that has blossomed on my chest, back, and shoulders. started during the end of my cylce which consisted of tren, mast, and prop. got even worse when i started pct. is it ok to take accutane during pct or should i wait until its done? this is the begining of my 4th week of pct. derm prescribed 20mg/ed for 30 days to start with. he had me take a blood test and everything came back normal...thanks!
