im in the us army and be take a PT test every so often. well the morning i took the pt test and drank a redline about 30 mins before the test. i felt like i was on crack after i drank that thing. anyways i did really good on my sit ups and push ups but almost had a heart attack on the 2 mile run. anyone have any ideas what supplement would help me with all 3 of the events. i want to get a 100% on my PT test 70 Push ups 80 Sit ups 13:00 2Mile run i do 60 push ups 70 sit ups and 15:30 run but puked all over myself a mile in cause the red line lol and felt like i was going to die. 1 year ago i did 9 push ups 13 sit ups and 23 min 2 mile and was 60lbs heavier.
