Test E and Anavar.

Should I be shooting Test E twice a week or just the once?

Test E = 750mg p/week
Im not entirely sure how much Anavar I would need to be taking. Only going to take the anavars for the first half of my cycle. Can anyone help with this?


My first cycle was test and deca by the way. Shot 2ml of each per week (500mg). With what I have for my 2nd cycle (Test E and anavars), is my cycle looking okay? 750mg of test e?

I honestly think you're too young to cycle at this point.

there is a TON of info on this site why one shouldn't cycle young.

If you want to get the most out of your cycle, visit the diet forum. That's where muscle is made, not necessarily the compounds.

Anyway, I don't know why you're running var at the front of your cycle

or why you feel the need to up your test dose to 750mg/wk on your second cycle.

Right well I was thinking about leaving it at 500mg's anyway so I think I will do that.

And as for the var, I've seen someone advise possibly trying it towards the end of cycle? Or do you think I need to run it throughout. thx

Dont do your test e once a week. split the dose every 3.5 days.

Well how much anavar do you currently have?

IMO, this would be the best way to run the cycle:

Test-E (weeks 1 - 12) @ 750mg
Anavar (weeks 8 - 14) @ 60 - 80mg ED

BTW, that test dosage is pretty high for a second cycle. You may want to consider only bumping it up to 600mg, and extending the cycle to 14 weeks.

Oh, and also... you could back-load the anavar as I've outlined above ^^... but if you're looking for some quality gains (before the test-E has kicked in) then you should use the var as a kick-start, and go (weeks 1 - 6) @ 60 - 80mg.

Thanks alot for the help! I think I'll either just do 500mg of test again or maybe knock it up just a little to 600mg like you say. For the anavars, do they need to be split up through the day or can you take the daily amount all in 1 go? thx again
