Question i've started my first cycle recently test cyp, im starting to eat well i believe but still need to work on diet.
I train 5 days a week mon-fri how bad would it be to kinda have a binge drink on the sat night, i have stocked up on ZMA. I do realise that most bb'ers have 1 regret of not having enough fun when they were young.
So my question being how much does alcohol affect my workout i have done through the week?
If its this case yeah i will stop and have a drink once a blue moon or stop for a long time.
Any feedback greatly appreciated.
