    Been training for 2.5 years
Although in the last year I have been training 6 days per week. But also include boxing on Tuesdays and the day i miss training i play squash and indoor soccer.

    My diet consists of
8:00 am - 300ml egg white 300ml low fat milk, 1 cup oats, luecine l glutamine, vitamins fish oils
10:00am - handfull of almonds, 200g low fat yoghurt
12:00pm - chicken/ turkey salad sandwich on multigrain bread.
    2:00pm - protein shake
    4:00pm - 2 small tins tuna
    TRAINING
6:00pm - protein shake with honey
7:00pm - meat with handfull of sweet potato and greens
9:00pm - 100g cottage cheese and protein shake.

That diet is during the week because im pretty routine with work. As im a rep i can eat whenever i like. But on weekend its a little bit varied as im not working so im not in my usual regieme.
So yer just need a Pct situation sorted.

I think you need to go down to the diet section and have your diet sorted out, can you also write down the exact cycle?
