Thnks for the pointers Marcus, ive seen your post around on other members threads. Since ive started hitting the gym again this past month, Ive droped 7 pounds. I will stick with the routine im on atm which is circuit training routines. It sems to be working for the time being, I know i will need to change it to Bulk up. Right now from what sizerp is saying that i should drop anoter 5% bf or is it ok to start a light beg cycle Cypionate/ Deca for say 12 weeks, with what im at now 18-20% bf to see how my body is going to react to the gear. After I touch up my diet of course.
