Ive been out of the military for 8 months. While i was in, I was in good condition. Average wieght was 195 with about 12-15% bf. Since ive been out i got lazy an didnt maintain my work out ethic. I want to get back to were i was beore i got out. Ive been in the gym the past month an have lost 7 lbs. I stared out at 212 lbs a month ago with 23% bf. I feel im on the right track but my Eating habits could be better to more benifit the goals im trying to obtain. I work out an cardo hard over the past month an if my eating habits were better i would have seen better results.
I need someone to put me on a stickt diet, to help me expedite reaching where im trying to be.
Once i succeed in being where i want to be, wich i will one way or the other. I plan on gearing up, an doing it the right way.
