i woke up one morning and the tops of y knees and my rotator cuff hurt likr hell. i could bareley oe them i couldnt squat more they a third of the way down. and i can front r3aise fine its lateral raises tha kil me. is thee something i can take or exercises to do any help would be SAVING MY LIFE...im 5'11'' 260lbs at 12 % i need help before i lodse it all
