Just joined to do some research into getting back in shape. I haven't been to the gym in over 4 years. And by looking in the mirror I can tell. So I'm here to find out how to loose the weight, put some size on and look and feel good again. I've never been one that had to watch what I eat (at least I didnt think I did). But I guess the older I get the slower my metabolism is getting. So I'm here to find the answers to get back to the way I was.
I'm not here to get advice on steroids. I'm here to get good advice on diet and exercise. I just want to try and do this natural first and see how far it takes me.
