I’ve just signed up as a member but have been around for a while reading threads etc but thought it time to get down to the nitty gritty.

Basically looking to start my 1st cycle but probably not the typical cycle so thought i’d asked a few questions on here first. I’ve been doing a lot of reading for some time but you guys have tried and tested so thought i’d start here.

Ok my question!

I’m wanting to do a oral cycle and was wondering what you guys have found best in relation to my goals. Reason I want to do an oral cycle is that I work away most of the week on my own and know I will struggle with the injection. I know, I know what you’re thinking! Lol.. but seriously I’ve read how and where the sites are to inject and know I'm going to struggle doing it on my own and I hate looking needles going into me (bad memories as a kid with flu injections).

Also I’m in no rush to do this in the next week or month etc and understand the important of PCT but will come onto that later as still reading the vast amounts of info and want to get the actual cycle/steroid sorted first.

My goals:

I’m looking for more lean gains and if possible less water retention the better.

My stats:

27yrs old male
Weight around 70.5kgs (fluctuates 1 kg depending on hydration)
176cm fraction under 5’8’’ feet. (short ass huh!)
Body fat % form Body Stat machine wrist to feet not hand held device 12.3% (give or take 1%)

Training: General insight

Usually 5 days a week. At present for the last few months been sticking to an upper body push day. Then upper body pull day. Legs and abs/core with a bit more CV than normal.

Then I’ll mix the last 2 days with either a shoulder day, CV day or arms day/CV depending how the muscles feel, time and with working away the gym facilities.

Varies every 4-5 weeks. Previously was performing higher reps 15-20 3 sets etc. At present 4 sets of 10 reps working to the tempo of 2:2. Usually do about 3 different exercises per muscle group.

Nutrition:

Now this is hard as I work away and depends on the hotel breakfast and restaurant eating in!

Breakfast, at home will be oatabix with some chopped up fruit and 24g of whey protein. Hotel usually 1 brown toast, pouched or scrabbled egg and beans OJ etc.

Lunch – normally a brown bread tuna sandwich.
(in between meals usually snack on either a banana, apple, low kcal nutrigrain type bar)

30 mins before gym which is normally around 5.30pm protein shake 36grams (Synergy) or make my own with creatine 5grams, taurine, maltodextrin 36grams. Very similar PWO shake 48grams but with no creatine and taurine.
Evening meals usually have a protein dish either chicken with veg, and salmon 2-3x a week with veg etc. And then depending what time I eat and how full I feel try to get a little more protein in with a shake before bed 24gs plain whey. Nearly all shakes are taken with water.

Have used BCAA’s and Glutamine with PWO but ran out at present.
