    Thanks for letting me on.....it feels so awsome to be accepted...LOL

    NO.. really, i have been using this site for many years, and now have some questions...!!!

    I am 6'3" 265lbs and about 14% BF. I am a Medical Professional, work out of the country for many years now.

    Look foward to some good inside information.
