    Question Necessity of cardio for fat loss

    My questions may be stupid and general, but i'm wondering 1)if it's better a longer cutting with less or no cardio or a shorter cutting with more cardio, assuming that you'll loose the same amount of weight at the end
    2) if you have the same calories deficit (cardio included), it's better a cutting with no or less cardio or a cutting with more cardio.

    P.S. Cardio would be in any case on empty stomach and low intensity. I'm not interested in cutting now; it's simple curiosity.

    Cardio always for Cardiac health. Some people need zero cardio to loss fat or remain thin. However virtually everyone can benefit from cardio, and there really is no good reason outside of injury to not do it.

    Thank you for the answer. The main reason i do cardio is that for me it's the best way to start a day.
