My questions may be stupid and general, but i'm wondering 1)if it's better a longer cutting with less or no cardio or a shorter cutting with more cardio, assuming that you'll loose the same amount of weight at the end
2) if you have the same calories deficit (cardio included), it's better a cutting with no or less cardio or a cutting with more cardio.
P.S. Cardio would be in any case on empty stomach and low intensity. I'm not interested in cutting now; it's simple curiosity.
