    Mass/Bulking diet help needed!!

Ok guys I need a bit of help with my diet. I want a straight forward diet thats easy to understand!! For example I heard a meal should have a serving of protein the size of a pack of playing cards and your carbs serving should be the size of your fist. Now I find this very easy to understand instead of you need 200grams of protein and 500grams of..........etc etc....

    So my stats are.

    6"3
    218lbs
    bodyfat 14-15%
    training 6years

So am I getting the enough kals in this diet plan to gain mass.

Breakfast: I cup of oats with milk, 1 full egg and 5 egg white omelet. Protein shake giving 50g of protien. Whay mixed with milk.

Meal 2: Chicken breast and pasta fist sized amount with water.

Pre workout Meal 3:Chicken breast and pasta fist sized amount with sports drink and creatine.

Post workout Dinner: fillet steak and rice fist size amount, aslo shake and creatine.

Before bed meal: 1 full egg and 5 egg white omelet with soda bread and beans and shake.

I also take my Vits and fish oils
as well as 6 liters of water a day.

    am I getting enough Kals?

Well judging by the diet you given me it seems your eating a good amount. According to your stats i would increase my calories if you want to gain mass. I would add in another meal somewhere in there, preferably your PWO, before your PWO dinner. Throw in a shake and 80g of simple carbs. Whether your eating enough calories i cant tell. Dont calculate it through BMR or anything like that, you have to experiement and find what works best for you. goodluck
