I was reading in the encylopedia arnold says you can eat a shitload of incomplete protein and pair it with a small amount of complete protein in order to get a lot of usable protein in the body..
so for example
lots of beans mixed with a few eggs or some beef or turkey or whatever
the analogy he used in the book (maybe?) is if you have a bunch of football players but no quarterback you have an incomplete team..but if you have a shitload of players and add just a few quarterbacks then you have a bunch of complete teams..
