    New but not

    I've been browsing the site for years, but I'm finally at a point in my life were I need a little more. I've been working out since I was a teenager and I think I've hit a wall as far what I've seen in gains. During my heavy workout season I'm usually around 185lbs and when I taper off I'll get down to 167-170lbs. I'm naturally very skinny and need to work out constantly to keep any real weight on. Any pointers are greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to the board. Sounds like you need to work on you diet. And talk about your workout regimen if you want to put on more weight
