I'm after making an order of Calcium Caseinate to drink before i go to sleep, can someone please tell me if this is good stuff?

Also im getting it from bulkpowders and was wondering if you guys knew of any discount codes?

never heard if it before. I would not order anything unlesss Im 100% sure about it. I use O.N. Casein just before bed myself as well as a ton of others here. Check it out.............

Thanks for the reply mate, I too don't get anything unless i'm certain its quality stuff, I've looked into the ON Casein and its a blend of Micellar Casein, and Calcium Caseinate (dont know the % of each)

Another one i looked at is Reflex Micellar Casein, which is a blend of Milk Protein concentrate (80% Micellar Casein, 20% Whey Protein).

Im still abit confused with terms like

Micellar Casein
Calcium Caseinate
Milk Protein Concentrate

and what the difference is between them?
